Kōwhai provides advice and assistance in the development of education programmes for Māori.

Kōwhai Consulting has developed a suite of tertiary level Programmes which are delivered through Te Wananga o Aotearoa, including Certificate, Diploma and Degree level programmes.

These programmes include a Bachelor of Iwi Environmental Management, Diploma in Iwi Environmental Management, Certificate in Eco Cultural Tourism, and Environmental Foundation Certificate.

Staff at Kōwhai Consulting are experienced in programme and curriculum development, programme delivery and the NZQA accreditation process.

Kōwhai has provided consulting services to a range of education organisations in the secondary and tertiary sectors;  with a particular focus on successful models for Māori Education.
