Kowhai staff are skilled trainers and facilitators and offer a variety of training options. Training workshops can cater for one-on-one private training, or group sessions of up to 20 participants. Workshops can be tailored to suit individual requirements.

One of Kowhai’s Executive Directors is a skilled and experienced negotiator, having completed the Advanced Programme for Lawyers at Harvard University, USA. Negotiation workshops are also offered as part of Kowhai’s training portfolio. Kowhai are able to offer solutions to conflict management and dispute resolutions.

Kowhai can also provide training on understanding the Treaty of Waitangi, Resource Management and Governance.
