Kōwhai Consulting offers environmental services and advice relating to resource consent processes, monitoring and analysis and assessment techniques. Kōwhai has worked with a range of local and regional authorities on strengthening awareness and policies in relation to Treaty partnerships.  This work included undertaking a Treaty Audit for a regional authority, cited by Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment as one of the first of its kind in New Zealand.
